This energetic class will rev you up. Join our enthusiastic instructor for a class that is sure to have you ramping up your RPMs on our stationary freewheel bikes or Johnny Krankcycles (stationary handcycle). All experience and ability levels welcome. If you are new to PISE Cycle, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the first class for orientation.
