This energetic class will rev you up. Join our enthusiastic instructor for a class that is sure to have you ramping up your RPMs on our stationary freewheel bikes or Johnny Krankcycles (stationary handcycle). All experience and ability levels welcome. If you are new to PISE Cycle, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the first class for orientation.

PISE Super Cycle

Want a cardiovascular workout with a twist? This class will combine a traditional cycle class with the addition of a condensed “bonus” workout (eg. circuit or core training). Participants will be continually challenged, as our instructor will vary the workout each week. If you would like to get the most out of an hour, this class may be your fix! All experience levels welcome.
