TRACK BOOTCAMP July 10 | 6 – 7pm
Learn some great strength and conditioning exercises to support your body when you run. Enjoy being surrounded by nature during this circuit-type workout on PISE’s track.
RUN TRAINING July 20 | 6 – 7pm
Learn some key workout elements for running, like ABC’s, ladders and intervals, and go for a short run in a beautiful location.
