Whether you are a weekend warrior new to the rowing scene, or a high level athlete looking to push through a plateau, this program will provide you the boost you need to improve your on-water performance. Through a series of strength training and conditioning protocols designed specifically for rowers, PISE’s Strength and Conditioning Coach will teach you what you should be doing in the Fitness Centre to make the most of your time in the shell. This program will also include movements designed to strengthen your core and improve your mobility and stability to ensure that you can row for life.

Functional Movement for Golf

An excellent complement to your weekly training regime & golf game, this program is dedicated to increasing mobility, stability, flexibility & core strength. Address chronic areas of restriction by increasing joint range of motion and then work to add stability. The goal of this class is to improve your core strength and efficiency of movement so you can get the most out of your swing! Lead by a TPI Level 1 Certified Fitness Professional.
