As per the update from the Provincial Health Officer on March 30, 2021, restrictions suspending all indoor programs until April 19th. PISE has an online Zoom option in place so you can work out at home! PISE has an online Zoom option in place so you can work out at home!
Coaches will run programming that uses limited equipment and will provide options for any equipment used so everyone can participate. A link will be sent to registrants 24 hours before a program starts.
PISE will be offering Outdoor Adult Programming as of May 1st with a limit of 8 participants per program, PISE will watch the orders closely and adapt if needed. Strength and Conditioning Coaches will utilize all outdoor areas around PISE and ensure physical distancing of 3m between participants.
