Make fitness and an active lifestyle a priority!  PISE’s Bootcamp classes are developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. PISE’s expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches will lead you through a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. PISE’s Bootcamps will quickly turn into your fastest and favourite hour of the day! PISE Bootcamps are offered as single day programs to allow participants greater flexibility in planning their weekly schedule. Please note: Starting Summer 2019 all Bootcamp offerings will be 60 minutes in length.

If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, Bootcamp Advanced is your program! This program is for participants who have developed a solid strength and aerobic training base. It uses the framework and programming established from Bootcamp, but kicks into overdrive with longer classes and increased intensity. Get more of what you love at PISE!
