Want a cardiovascular workout with a twist? This energetic class will rev you up, get the body sweating and get your core engaged. Take on a journey through high resistance hill climbs, sprints, and intervals that will make your heart pump while adding in core training into every workout! Challenge this class to benefit your body in more ways than one. If you would like to get the most out of an hour, this class may be your fix! All experience levels welcome.
