Join our enthusiastic instructor for a class that is sure to have you ramping up your RPMs on our stationary freewheel bikes or Johnny G Krankcycles (stationary handcycle). All experience and ability levels welcome. If you are new to PISE Cycle, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the first class for orientation.

Want a cardiovascular workout with a twist? This energetic class will rev you up, get the body sweating and get your core engaged. Take on a journey through high resistance hill climbs, sprints, and intervals that will make your heart pump while adding in core training into every workout! Challenge this class to benefit your body in more ways than one. If you would like to get the most out of an hour, this class may be your fix! All experience levels welcome. Access to the Johnny G Krankcycles (stationary handcycle) upon request.
