Assessment and Food Journal Analysis – Online assessment forms that will help me get to know your history and concerns prior to our first session.
Nutrition Recommendations – A report of your current nutritional imbalances based on your assessment with recommendations on how to improve your diet to support your goals. Also includes performance macro-nutrient targets, if applicable.
60 Minute Strategy Session – In person or by phone we will review your assessment and discuss your health and performance goals.
1 Follow-Up Email – Your chance to ask questions that may have come up and review how to continue your path of success.
