This camp offers your child an inclusive environment, where building confidence, developing teamwork and learning effective communication skills are fostered through fun games, activities and sports. Gain knowledge and understanding of a variety of different parasports such as goalball, sledge hockey, wheelchair basketball and so much more! Everyday a new parasport will be explored as well as other favourite summer games and activities.

Ecoquest Earth Sciences – Ages 8-12

Come and experience the beautiful ecology that surrounds us! In this full day camp, participants will be involved in activities and adventure that will connect them to the natural environment. The program will consist of science experiments, co-operative games and plenty of outdoor adventures including Kayaking. Participants will have the opportunity to visit the ocean, marshes or wetlands and participate in a variety of activities that allow participants to discover the magnificent British Columbian coast. Youth Strength & Conditioning (ages 12-15)

Formerly Performance Camp

Participants will learn training techniques associated with strength, speed and power as well as an understanding of appropriate movement preparation and recovery methods to complement athletic performance and injury prevention. Each day, PISE S&C coaches will incorporate a progression based learning curriculum that will aide participants in developing competency and confidence with specific movement patterns and drills.

This camp allows girls to explore fun and unique ways to be active. Team-building exercises, non-competitive workouts, unique activities taught by guest instructors, sports and new and innovative forms of exercise. Our female leaders use an active and inclusive environment to build self-confidence and empower girls through the enjoyment of moving, providing them the tools to be active for life!
