Girl Force

Girl Force offers a welcoming space for all skill levels, with each session bringing exciting challenges, new friendships, and opportunities to grow, both physically and mentally, while discovering the joy of movement.

Participants will explore a variety of sports, games, and physical activities that build strength, agility, and teamwork. With a focus on skill development, physical literacy, and preparing the body for different activities, campers will learn how to stay active in ways that are enjoyable and effective.
