Description
*Pre-requisite Required
Prepare for the Police Officer Physical Abilities Test (POPAT) in a small group setting. These intensive sessions are for candidates that already possess a strong, athletic baseline of strength and conditioning. Jen focuses on technique and offers real-time feedback to ensure technical excellence at each POPAT station.

To join a POPAT prep group session: Attend an initial assessment with Jen, which van be done during:
A POPAT group session
A First Responder group conditioning sessions
A one-on-one personal training session (please book directly with Jen at jen.klein@fortitudefirst.ca)
During the initial assessment, Jen will determine if your fitness level is ready for POPAT group training.
Sessions: 55 minutes
Real-time Feedback: Your coach will go with you to the practice test and help you to achieve the final test
