(Ages 13-17)
Sessions is a transformative 90-minute weekly program designed for female youth to build physical strength, confidence, and community. Each week features a 45-minute workout led by PISE Physical Literacy Leaders, followed by a rotating 45-minute empowerment session covering topics such goal setting, team-building activities, and more. Sessions is the perfect space for young women to grow stronger - physically, mentally, and socially.
