Intro to Performance Training

Our Youth Intro to Performance Training Summer Camp is designed for multi‑sport athletes ages 13–18 who want to build a strong athletic foundation, improve performance, and learn how to train effectively. This program introduces youth athletes to safe, performance‑focused training used by high‑level athletes, while keeping sessions fun, engaging, structured, and appropriate for their age and skill level. Athletes will participate in weekly performance sessions that combine weight room training and on‑field development. The program focuses on building strength, speed, agility, and overall athleticism through carefully coached exercises and progressions.

Daily training includes educational information and guidance to help participants understand how to care for their bodies and support long‑term performance and development.

This camp is ideal for athletes currently in off-season or preparing to compete or individuals looking to expand their knowledge and ability in a high performance setting while also building confidence and competency in the weight room and on the field.

All sessions are professionally coached to ensure a safe, positive, and motivating training environment.
