This program focuses on Dynamic Movement Preparation, Fundamental Movement Skill development, and fitness-based exercises. It is designed for youth ages 12–16 of all skill levels. Facilitated by the PISE Physical Literacy Team, this program is ideal for athletes looking to enhance their performance as well as beginners hoping to build foundational skills and overall fitness.
