This PISE-led program is designed specifically for individuals with mobility limitations who are looking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall functionality.

Held in PISE’s fully accessible Fitness Centre, the class focuses on enhancing mobility, stability, and functional movement patterns tailored to your sport or personal fitness goals.

  • To ensure a safe and personalized experience, all participants must complete four one-on-one sessions with a PISE personal trainer before joining the group class.

These sessions will help develop a customized training plan that supports your unique needs and sets you up for success in the program.
