Coasters Cycling at PISE (5-10)
Our Coasters cycling camps will teach riders the basic skills, safety rules, and etiquette of riding a bike in the community! With a combination of games that develop all-round movement ability and bike skills, riders will explore outdoor spaces that surround PISE. Blending time on the bike with other activities and games will ensure a great camp experience for all young movers.
Level: Blue Square
This camp is suitable for confident riders who are developing and refining their bike skills. Riders must be on a two-wheel bike that has hand brakes and gears. Riders can straight-line pedal, start and stop smoothly, take corners, and ride on varying terrain.
Campers will need to bring a bike, helmet and lock to camp each day. If you do not have access to the following equipment please contact us to discuss alternative options.

Freewheelers Cycling at PISE (5-10)

Blending time on the bike with other activities and games will ensure a great camp experience for all young movers.
Level: Green Circle
Please note that this camp is an introduction to bike skills and not suitable for advanced riders. Riders are expected to know how to balance and pedal on their own. Training wheels and balance bikes welcome.

Youth Performance Camp (12-15)
Are you looking for the expertise and facilities to help you take your game to the next level? PISE Strength and Conditioning Coaches will put you through your paces each day, focusing on building strength, speed and conditioning through training foundations, games and activities. Participants will explore a holistic approach to sport, health and wellness. Facility access includes the Fitness Centre, Movement Studio, 400m track, outdoor training zone, newly renovated gymnasium and full turf field. We’ll be sure to save time in the afternoon for some fun, too!
This camp is open to participants aged 12-15. Participants should motivated and prepared for a high intensity week of programming.
Active Explorers (Ages 3-5)
At Active Explorers, our leaders will engage your children in guided free play, structured games, and active stories that develop movement skills like running, jumping, and throwing!! Build skills and confidence that lead to a lifetime of sport and physical activity through creative exploration.
Active Explorers camps are hosted at PISE (4371 Interurban Rd, Victoria).

Energetic Eagles (Ages 7-8)
The best way to develop skills is through play! Our Energetic Eagles camps provide campers an inclusive environment, where they will build confidence, and develop team work and cooperation skills through fun games and sports. With increased time spent outside this year, campers will use PISE’s track, field, nearby park and more!

RED Fundamental Foxes at PISE (Ages 5-6)
Explore, learn and play! As part of PISE’s FUNdamental Foxes camp your child will develop movement skills such as running, jumping, catching, wheeling and dancing. With increased time spent outside this year, campers will use PISE’s track, field, nearby park and more! Each week is different, with a variety of games, activities and guests to build the confidence and motivation in your child to be active every day.

Power Physical Literacy
Join PISE Physical Literacy Leaders for a fun filled hour of movement exploration. Play, explore and learn new games while developing physical literacy. Please register for this FREE program thanks to funding from the Canadian Paralympic Committee. This program is for children who use manual chairs, walkers, strollers and power mobility chairs!
